Location of our Redmond Bed & Breakfast

The Meritage Meadows Inn is so conveniently located. We are only 3 miles from downtown Redmond and 2.5 miles from WA-520 freeway. We are 14 miles from downtown Seattle and less than 10 miles from over 90 winery tasting rooms in Woodinville's wine district. Yet, with all that ease of access, upon your arrival you will be amazed at our remoteness and privacy. Meritage Meadows is located on 14 acres and is set back one quater mile from Union Hill Road. No homes or roads are visible from the Inn! We are surrounded by 100+ foot tall firs and maples. The meadows leave the inn with delightful views and plenty of sun. It is a truly enchanting location. Some of the most popular bike riding terrain in the Puget Sound area is at the end of our driveway and great forest running in the Redmond watershed is about 1 mile away. Redmond Town Center is 3 miles and Bellevue Square is 8 miles, so shopping is also covered. Redmond has several very good restaurants plus the Herb Farm, the Purple Café and the Barking Frog are less than 8 miles away.
