Breakfasts at our Redmond Bed & Breakfast

Guests have a hot breakfast meal served at your convenience from 7:30 to 9:00. If you need to leave earlier, we will prepare a continental breakfast for you to take with you. You always have an option for a simple hot breakfast. Just let us know if that would be your preference. Bob will cook to any dietary preference, but you need to let us know if you have limitations.

The hot breakfast is different each day. After consulting with the guests and local suppliers, Bob chooses the daily menu from a variety of recipes both savory and sweet. We have had many requests for recipes. We make them available via our recipes blog.

The sweet dishes Bob prepares include Finnish Pancakes, crèpes with fresh fruit fillings, stuffed French toast, Buckwheat pancakes, multigrain pancakes and waffles with fresh strawberry syrup. There are even more recipes here online.

Our savory dishes include: Eggs Florentine, strata, French style omelets, frittatas, Eggs Adare, quiche and our famous Eggs Meritage.

If you see something you like, mention it while making your reservations, so Bob will try to fit your choice in during your stay. All hot breakfasts are accompanied by sweet breads, scones or muffins, breakfast meat if desired, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, tea or chocolate. The hot breakfast is served in the dining room.

Fresh homemade cookies, fruit and other snacks are available at all times in the continental dining room.
